I'm Gunner Skolrud — a lifelong Cowlitz County local, and the guy who actually shows up when I-5 Cleaning cleans your home or business.
Before I ever picked up a mop, I built a career in the trades: industrial scaffolding, roofing, pipe work, union carpentry through Local 503. I still work as a journeyman scaffold carpenter at a shipyard today. On a job like that, there's no such thing as "good enough" — a scaffold either holds, or it doesn't.
That's the standard I brought home with me. I-5 Cleaning isn't something I'm phoning in on the side — I built it the same way I build everything else: no shortcuts, no guesswork, done right the first time.
