I-5 Cleaning is a locally owned and operated cleaning company based right here in Longview, Washington. We proudly serve Longview, Kelso, Castle Rock, Woodland, Kalama, and the surrounding Cowlitz County area.
The company was started by owner Gunner Skolrud, a lifelong Cowlitz County local with years of hands-on experience across the trades — including industrial scaffolding, residential and commercial roofing, pipe work, and union carpentry through Local 503.
That construction background means we understand jobsites and homes from the ground up. We know the difference between "cleaned" and truly clean, and we treat every space — whether it's a family home, a vacation rental, an office, or a brand-new build — with the same attention to detail.
We built I-5 Cleaning around three things: showing up when we say we will, doing the work right the first time, and treating every space like our own.
